Logistic Customer Service Executive / Officer

Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Executive/ Officer will be the link between the Customers/Client, the Operations department (planning) and the Sales department.
  • Customers / Client you are the point of contact, you arrange everything regarding the orders correctly and efficiently


  • Being link between the customers/Clients, the Operations department (planning) and the Sales department.
  • Answering / processing incoming e-mails and calls by telephone.
  • Finding out customer needs in telephone conversations.
  • Building customer relationships through open and customer-oriented communication.
  • Providing accurate, complete (product) information to customers
  • Daily coordination with Shipping Agency on import/export shipment and customs related issues/documentation
  • Accepting and administrative processing of orders
  • Managing communication with suppliers and colleagues from sister companies
  • Placing orders with suppliers/sub-contractor based on information from our Haulage system
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound transport.
  • Arrange everything regarding the orders correctly and efficiently.
  • Knows the needs of your customers and can anticipate them in advance

Qualification / Requirement

  • Speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • Able to Speak, Read, Write & Type in Mandarin (Handling Client from China) will be advantage
  • Able to work Mondays to Saturday (5.5 days / week)
  • Able to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm & willing to work overtime
  • Experience in Logistic and Customer Service
  • Customer-oriented and experienced in communicating at different levels
