Job Description
- As a Customer Service Executive/ Officer will be the link between the Customers/Client, the Operations department (planning) and the Sales department.
- Customers / Client you are the point of contact, you arrange everything regarding the orders correctly and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Being link between the customers/Clients, the Operations department (planning) and the Sales department.
- Answering / processing incoming e-mails and calls by telephone.
- Finding out customer needs in telephone conversations.
- Building customer relationships through open and customer-oriented communication.
- Providing accurate, complete (product) information to customers
- Daily coordination with Shipping Agency on import/export shipment and customs related issues/documentation
- Accepting and administrative processing of orders
- Managing communication with suppliers and colleagues from sister companies
- Placing orders with suppliers/sub-contractor based on information from our Haulage system
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transport.
- Arrange everything regarding the orders correctly and efficiently.
- Knows the needs of your customers and can anticipate them in advance
Qualification / Requirement
- Speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Able to Speak, Read, Write & Type in Mandarin (Handling Client from China) will be advantage
- Able to work Mondays to Saturday (5.5 days / week)
- Able to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm & willing to work overtime
- Experience in Logistic and Customer Service
- Customer-oriented and experienced in communicating at different levels
